18 Label Street supports some of the most innovative brands and creative talent by providing a transformative raw space to enhance the vision. Founded by makeup mogul Bobbi Brown and attorney and real estate developer Steven Plofker, emphasis was placed on simplicity of design, function and convenience. Exposed brick walls, large windows that allow natural light to flood in, private parking, and large loading docks maintain the integrity of the original space while creating an environment that meets the needs of the creative set.

We offer limited on site parking, street parking, or valet for hire. Easy access for delivery trucks.

No. 18 Label Studios does not provide catering, however, our house selected partners list makes it easy for you to find whatever services you'd like.

The rental fee includes an 18 Label Representative who will assist you in every aspect during the event, and will be there to assist during event day. The fee also includes a cleaning service to come to the space following your party.

The deposit is 50% of the agreed upon rental fee. There is also a $500 security deposit required, per space rented.

Absolutely. We encourage you too to use the hand selected furnishings that is provided in the space.

Yes, you may bring in any rentals that you please.

No. We do not at this time, but we would be happy to recommend our partner vendors to you that do.

A Certificate of Insurance (covering $1,000,000) needs to be provided to 18 Label Studios one month prior to your event. Host liquor liability is mandatory for every event. Generally, you can obtain this from your own Insurance Company, but if you are unable to do, here are two websites for you to get the necessary event coverage:

All vendors with access to the 18 Label premises must provide, in advance, a certificate of liability insurance naming 18 Label Studios LLC and Warehouse Storage Associates, LLC as additionally insured.
Limits of the insured’s policy shall be no less than the limits included in the attached sample certificate. Any vendor in violation of these terms will not be permitted access to the premises under any circumstances.
